Western Electrical Contractors Education Foundation (WECEF) is pleased to offer a scholarship opportunity for students enrolled in WECA’s Electrician Trainee (ET) Program. These scholarships help support students in continuing their education with WECA.

The Frank Vellutini Memorial Apprenticeship Scholarship awards funds to Apprentices to be used towards the cost of books, tools or other expenses associated with completing their program. The WECEF Scholarship for Electrician Trainees helps those students with awards towards tuition and fees.
